We aim to ship out your order within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. KnechtionRepair, LLC is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by postal services, courier or custom agencies.

PAYMENT

For domestic order payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All chargers are in USD.

For your security, we do not keep your credit card number on file.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Cross-border or international orders may be subjected to duties and/or taxes issued by the importing country. Should you refuse any additional payments, you order will be returned to KnechtionRepair, LLC and you will receive a credit for your order, minus any shipping costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

KnechtionRepair, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. KnechtionRepair, LLC does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
