Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to transactions made through knectionrepair.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, the purchasing entity ("Customer") agrees to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

The product was defective at the time of delivery

The product was damaged during shipping

The product received was materially different from what was ordered
All other sales are final, including but not limited to:

Parts ordered incorrectly by the Customer

Compatibility issues

Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
2. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require prior authorization. Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at info@knectionrepair.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Returned items sent without an RMA number may be rejected and returned at the Customer’s expense.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Approved returns must:

Be unused, unless the return is due to a verified defect

Be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

Be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
We reserve the right to inspect and test all returned items. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
4. Restocking Fees
If a return is approved for reasons other than defect, damage, or shipping error, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Responsibility

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by us, we will provide return shipping instructions.

For all other approved returns, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes the risk of loss during transit.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
6. Refunds, Credits, and Replacements
At our discretion, approved returns will be resolved by:

Replacement of the item

Issuance of a store credit

Refund to the original payment method
Refunds or credits, if issued, will be processed within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

8. Warranty Disclaimer
Returns are separate from any applicable manufacturer or limited warranty. Except as expressly stated in writing, products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", to the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
10. Governing Law
This Return Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
